If you need images immediately after an event, we can provide selected photos on site. For final delivery, we adjust the full set for clear, natural color.

These starting prices are a guide. We will prepare a quote based on your project and required coverage.

Each project is quoted individually based on coverage and staffing. Travel expenses are additional. Custom quotes apply to shoots of 4–7 hours and over 8 hours.

Can you photograph induction ceremonies, welcome events and anniversaries?
Yes. We photograph the venue, opening remarks, speakers, participants and group photos in step with the ceremony. Sharing the program and required shots in advance helps us plan the coverage.
Do you cover year-end parties, receptions and company celebrations?
Yes. We capture toasts, conversations, receptions and guest interactions to convey the atmosphere of your event. Quotes are based on your purpose, venue and coverage time.
What can you photograph at award ceremonies and internal recognition events?
We can capture the awards being presented, recipients and speakers, commemorative photos, the venue and guests. We confirm positions and key shots against the program in advance.

Yes. You may use the delivered work for the agreed purposes, including standard PR, advertising, websites, social media and print. Please contact us in advance if you plan to expand the use, share it with third parties or resell it.
QCan we meet online before the shoot?

Yes. We are happy to arrange an online meeting before the shoot.
QHow long does a group photo take?

As a general guide, please allow the following time:
- Around 100 people:About 5 minutes (with help guiding participants)
- With chairs in the front row:About 10–15 minutes
- With risers:About 1 hour, including delivery, setup and removal
We will recommend a plan in advance to make the best use of the time available and suit your event and venue layout.
