1. Fees and payment
Fees are stated in an estimate or on the relevant service page. Still photography, video, editing and additional staffing may be quoted separately. Payment timing and method are confirmed in the estimate or invoice.
2. Image files and usage
Copyright remains with the creator unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The client may use delivered files within the usage scope agreed for the project. Additional licensing or copyright transfer must be agreed in advance.
3. Project confirmation and cancellation
The booking is confirmed when the schedule, scope and estimate are agreed. Cancellation or schedule changes may incur charges depending on timing and costs already committed; the applicable terms are communicated for each project.
4. Other terms
Clients are responsible for obtaining venue permissions and any required consent from participants. JEADO Works will handle client information with care and will not publish images without prior permission.
